Digital Products (Downloads)

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital product sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are available once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

If you have trouble accessing your download, we are happy to resend your files — just email us.

Physical Products (If Applicable)

We accept returns for unused and unopened physical products within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

Product must be in its original packaging
Product must be unused and in resale condition
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once approved and returned, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photo(s) of the item or packaging

We will replace the item at no cost to you.
